Stuck in Paradise

Once in a lifetime experience ! That was my trip to Aldabra, Seychelles aboard MV Maya's Dugong. We booked this expedition to this amazing and remote World Heritage Site two years ago and started our journey late February 2020. 14 nights with no internet, no signal, in the middle of the Indian Ocean, in a place I call paradise despite the fact, that it is poisoned with plastic coming from us, humans;( My big thanks goes to captain Kevin and his crew, Vicky, who shared with us all her great knowledge about the fauna and flora and conservation efforts on each island, we have visited, Yves, who helped me to get in and out of the boat and didn't allow the sharks to eat me;) We had no idea, what was going on in the world, the pandemic shocked us upon arrival mid March. I am still here, and who knows when I will return, but I feel blessed and thankful to be in this beautiful country, healthy and alive. We all need to be strong and stay safe until these hard times are over! Wherever in the world we are! Blog post about this incredible trip coming soon!

I am offering this unique experience in collaboration with an outdoor agency in Chile, who is the organizer of this Glamping Adventure. I am planning to be part of it, as a regular guest, and decided to share this unique opportunity with like-minded nature and outdoor enthusiasts. Limited places left! Booking per Tent/2 people.

Back from Chile, where I witnessed the incredible Total Solar Eclipse in Nomad Glamp in Elqui Valley... In 2015, the entire valley was declared the world’s first International Dark Sky Sanctuary and it is a real paradise for stargazers. This was my third Total Solar Eclipse and I hope to see a few more! The Eclipse pictures are now available for purchase as part of my print collection on Fine Art America! I am also working on a blog post about my recent trip to Chile ... Check out my Eclipse Glamping album and stay tuned!
